State-wide Performance Management Training Design

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]PB Performance and Development was engaged by the SA Department for Education to support the rollout of a new Performance and Development policy and guideline to the Department’s 30,000 teaching, support and administrative staff across the State. Jo developed and documented a comprehensive training strategy, scoped and prepared content for a series of on-line learning modules and live webinars, and designed training content, methodology and facilitator’s guides for the core face to face learning modules.
