Organisational Review

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The Global Education Centre is a small not-for-profit organisation delivering global education resources and education services throughout South Australia. The GEC Management Committee identified that lack of clarity around staff roles and responsibilities was impacting negatively on organisational performance and engaged PB Performance and Development to conduct an organisational review.

Review and analysis of information obtained from interviews with key personnel (staff, volunteers and management committee), job descriptions and relevant awards, and organisational constitution, strategy, plans and funding agreements, revealed a broader range of issues impacting on organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
