Dementia Practice Leaders Strategy

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]ACH Group, in pursuit of its vision to become leaders in dementia care in SA, developed a Dementia Practice Leaders Strategy, and engaged PB Performance and Development to launch its dementia practice leadership group. Working with the Manager of the Dementia Learning and Development Unit, a half day workshop was designed to engage participants in the strategy and to inspire them to take up a leadership role as individuals and as a group.

Facilitation included large group discussion, brainstorming, small group activities, visioning the future, individual reflection and action planning.
